Growth Programme
This is geared towards Developing Emotional Resilience, emotional self; The purpose of the programme is to develop resilience, self-esteem, self-worth and self-belief so young people can be equipped with the tools to make better choices
Adulthood Programme
This program develops day-to-day life skills and incorporates topics such as budgeting, cooking, laundry, education or training. At the end of this program they learn the skills to manage their lives independently.
Hope Project
This is a therapeutic project aiming at helping young people to express their feelings in a therapeutic safe and holistic manner. The hope project aims to help young people to digest their past experience to enable to overcome barriers

What services
Do We offer?
24 Hrs Supported homes
We provide safe, clean and homely 24hr Units for both Male and Female leaving care and are in need of additional support
Shared Homes
We provide young people the opportunity to continue to build on their life skill while living independently
Stand-alone Provision
.These homes are for mothers and baby who required their own property or for young people can’t live with other young people
Outreach Support
We provide outreach support service. We have qualified workers with experience on how to work with young people
Unaccompanied Minors
We recognise that Young People from this group have specific needs that are different from the indigenous population
Emergency Accommodation
We operate a 24 Hour Out of Hours service. We are able to accommodate and facilitate placements on an EDT basis
